Navigating pandemic speedbumps to stay on track to deliver an unbeatable campaign

When Aruga was tapped to drive public relations, digital marketing, social media and consumer communications for Brisbane Cycling Festival, we put pedal to the metal.

Despite the pandemic putting the brakes on proceedings for two years in a row, we made sure Australia’s biggest multi-discipline cycling festival sprinted to the front with national and statewide coverage for the action-packed program of races, events, expos and entertainment.

We supported Tourism & Events Queensland with stakeholder liaison, updated communication collateral on the fly and created paid and organic social media that put a new spin on Brisbane as a cycling hub.
