When Subway wanted to celebrate ‘World Cookie Day’ with a big idea that captured attention, radiated fun, and reinforced their cookie credentials, they turned to BonBon to make it happen.
BonBon developed the concept of the World’s Smallest Cookie Shop – a whimsical pop-up designed to surprise and delight audiences while showcasing the playful spirit of the Subway brand.
From designing and building the custom miniature shop, to scouting unique locations in Sydney and Auckland, creating bespoke Subway Christmas decorations, and managing engaging promotional staff, BonBon oversaw the end-to-end delivery of the project.
The result was a vibrant activation that delivered unforgettable cookie moments, captured media attention, and proved that good things really do come in small packages.
