Following a high-profile launch, Glo House had quickly established itself as one of Brisbane’s most talked- about event spaces. Enquiries were flowing, but most weren’t the right fit. The market loved the venue yet there was a growing gap between how people perceived Glo House and the type of events it was built to host.
The problem wasn’t demand. It was attracting the right demand. That’s where Aruga came in.
We started by reworking the brand positioning from the ground up. Rather than marketing Glo House as another premium venue, we repositioned it as a landmark setting for landmark events – a limited-release architectural experience designed for large-scale events of 150+ guests.
The objective was simple: spend less time fielding unsuitable enquiries and more time connecting with the clients Glo House could work with. The repositioning also introduced clearer signals around event scale and exclusivity, creating a stronger commercial proposition for corporate partners and venue hirers.
With the strategy in place, we rolled the new positioning into a targeted three-month digital campaign across Meta, Google and LinkedIn. Every campaign, piece of creative and audience was built to reinforce the newnarrative, attracting decision-makers rather than simply generating more clicks.
The campaign delivered more than 450,000 impressions, 11,400 website visits and 190,000 video views, butthe real outcome was much bigger than the numbers.
Glo House finished the campaign with a clearer market position, stronger commercial messaging and adigital strategy designed to attract higher-value enquiries, not just higher enquiry volume.
