For the third consecutive year, the 40 Under 40 Awards will shine a spotlight on Queensland’s most inspiring young entrepreneurs, innovators and changemakers, and Aruga is proud to once again be part of the celebration.
Aruga returns as presenting partner of the Creative Thinker Award, recognising bold, boundary-breaking talent and the power of original thinking to transform industries, communities and conversations.
This year, Aruga Co-Founder Donna Kramer joins the esteemed judging panel, bringing with her two decades of strategic communications experience and a sharp eye for standout ideas that challenge convention.
“We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just think outside the box, but redesigns it entirely,” Donna said.
“The Creative Thinker Award recognises those who harness creativity to solve problems, challenge assumptions and lead with imagination.
The Creative Thinker Award recognises an individual whose innovative thinking has driven progress and redefined what’s possible across any sector or pursuit.
Aruga has been proudly involved with the 40 Under 40 Awards since its launch in 2023, when Co-Founder Adam Brunes was named among Queensland’s top 40 changemakers. Adam returned in 2024 as a judge, and the agency continues to champion the program’s mission to celebrate the state’s next generation of leaders, disruptors and visionaries.
Now in its third year, the 40 Under 40 Awards shines a spotlight on outstanding Queenslanders under 40 who are making waves across business, community, culture and beyond.
Nominations are now open. If you know a visionary thinker, fearless founder or disruptive creative whose work deserves recognition, nominate them today.
The 40 Under 40 is a globally recognised program that celebrates the passion, vision and achievements of Queensland’s young entrepreneurs and leaders and is proudly presented by InDaily Queensland.
