The excitement kicks off on Friday 30 May with the return of Fireside, the highly anticipated launch event held under the stars at the Grounds of St Stephen’s Cathedral. This all-inclusive dining experience will feature food and drink from a hand-picked selection of Brisbane City venues, brought together for one night only of open-air feasting and live entertainment.

Guests can indulge in dishes by Dark Shepherd, Doughcraft and Naldham House – The Brasserie & The Fifty Six, followed by desserts from the legendary Walter’s. Sips will be served by newcomer Club Felix, making Fireside the ultimate flavour-packed evening to kick off the month long-celebration.

Joining the Dine BNE City family in 2025 is Simon Prest, owner of local-favourite Doughcraft and winner of My Kitchen Rules 2024.
