Raising the profile of Australia's longest running theatre company
Australia’s longest, continuously running theatre company, La Boite Theatre, needed a trusty stage partner to raise its profile locally and nationally. It’s a good thing Aruga doesn’t mind the spotlight!
Building on the momentum gained since 2017 for one of our foundation clients, Aruga delivered an integrated public relations and paid social media campaign for La Boite’s 2021 Season across mainstage productions and supporting activities that grabbed local and national attention.
Coverage highlights included national interest in the 35th anniversary production of Away in The Guardian and a behind-the-scenes segment on NITV with comedian Stephen Oliver for his show, Bigger & Blacker.
Backstage, Aruga’s design crew bolstered La Boite’s social media presence with a set of custom Instagram stickers that lifted the curtain on new ways for La Boite to engage with its audiences.
