The celebration of the 10-year partnership extension between Brisbane Airport and Lotte Duty Free was a grand event. It gathered a wide range of stakeholders, including VIPs from Brisbane Airport, Lotte Duty Free, and various represented brands. BonBon expertly handled all aspects of the event, organising an official ceremony within the terminal and a glamorous evening cocktail party.
BonBon selected suppliers and curated experiences that engaged attendees and highlighted the future vision of the Lotte Duty Free store.
Custom signage, display systems, and entertainment were among the personal touches that contributed to the event’s success. Furthermore, BonBon coordinated the involvement of all represented brands at the cocktail party, including Le Specs, Jurlique, Whispering Angel, Woodford Reserve, Mumm Champagne, Hendrick’s Gin, and Marc Jacobs.

Full-scale event management, overseeing all logistics, supplier coordination, and stakeholder communications to ensure a seamless experience from bump-in to guest departure, with every detail tightly managed to reflect Lotte’s premium standards.
Stakeholder relationships across Lotte, Brisbane Airport Corporation, and suppliers were carefully managed through clear communication, tailored briefing documents, and comprehensive post-event reporting aligned to each partner’s priorities.
