When the impacts of COVID-19 hit the retail and hospitality sectors hard, Aruga worked with Brisbane Economic Agency and Brisbane City Council to help the Queen Street Mall and Brisbane City precincts weather the economic storm and position The City for a strong recovery and bright future.

Our original remit was to create and execute a paid social media campaign.

Within two months, our ongoing retainer expanded to include an always-on calendar of thumb-stopping, organic social content and clickable blog content to promote Brisbane City and the Queen Street Mall as the premier destinations to shop, dine, play and stay, encouraging local visitation and consumer confidence to drive economic growth.
